Tristan Risk has integrated herself into modern genre cinema. Starting with 2012s "American Mary", directed by The Soska Sisters, Risk's on screen roles have ranged from deranged to demure, and she shape-shifts often with the aid of practical effect prosthetics. Risk is no stranger to the stage, having spent her 20s and 30s performing burlesque and sideshow stunts in over a dozen countries.
